【摘要】 目的　探讨急性白血病免疫表型特点及临床意义。方法　应用间接免疫荧光法对 71例初治急性白血病进行膜免疫表型的检测。结果　急性非淋巴细胞白血病 (ANLL) 5 5例中 ,My+ ANLL ,CD+ 15ANLL、My-ANLL分别占 83 .6%、76.4%、16.4% ,完全缓解 (CR)率分别为 67.3 %、73 .8%、2 5 .0 % ,My+ ANLLCR率高于My-ANLLCR率 (P <0 .0 1) ;16例ALL中 ,8例单系ALLCR率 75 .0 % ,5例兼表达髓系抗原及淋系抗原ALLCR率 2 0 .0 % ,2例裸型ALL未缓解 ,1例DR+ 型ALLCR。结论　CD15在ANLL中检出率高 ,是较好的辅助诊断指标。My+ ANLL预后较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the features of immunophenotyping and the clinical value of 71 patients with acute leukemia.Methods 71 patients,immunophenotypes were detected by means of indirect immune fluorometry.Results The rates of My +ANLL ,CD + 15 ANLL,My -ANLL in 55 patients with ANLL were 83.6%, 76.4%, 16.4% and their complete remission (CR) rates were 67.3%,73.8%,25.0% respectively.The CR rate of patients with My +ANLL was higher than that of patients with My -ANLL(P<0.01);In 16 patients with ALL the CR rates of 8 patients with single lineage ALL and 5 patients with coexpressing My +Ly + markers ALL were 75.0%,20.0% respectively and 2 patients with nude ALL was not remitted and 1 patient with DR + ALL was CR.Conclusion The detection rate of CD 15 positive in ANLL is highest in the patients analysed and CD 15 is a better marker for diagnosing ANLL. The My +ANLL has a good prognosis.更多还原
