【摘要】 目的　观察 32例难治性恶性腹水接受足叶乙甙 (Vp 1 6)腹腔灌注治疗的疗效和毒性反应。方法　Vp 1 6　 30 0mg或 40 0mg腹腔内灌注。结果　总有效率为 56.3 % (1 8 32 ) ,完全缓解 (CR) 3例 ,部分缓解 (PR) 1 5例 ;主要毒性反应 ,粒细胞减少 68.8% ,脱发 50 % ,恶心呕吐 43.8%。结论　Vp 1 6腹腔灌注治疗难治性恶性腹水疗效肯定 ,毒性反应可耐受更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and side effects of Vp 16 intraperitoneal chemotherepy in the treatment of refractory malignant ascites.Methods Thirty two cases or refractory malignant ascites were treated with Vp 16 300～400mg IP every 3～4 weeds.Results The overall effective rate was 56.3% in the 32 patients,among whom CR was observed in three patients and PR in 15 patients.The main side effects were neutropenia(68.8%),hair losing(50%) and nausea/vomiting (43.8%).Conclusion Vp 16 intraperitoneal chemotherapy is an effective treatment for patients with refractory malignant ascites and has a manageable toxicity.更多还原
