【摘要】 目的　为服药方便 ,将咽炎饮汤剂改为冲剂 ,做两种剂型的主要药效试验。方法　采用临床常见的金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、B族链球菌、D族链球菌、肺炎双球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、克雷杆菌做体外抑菌试验及选小鼠做体内抑菌试验 ;选健康家兔做皮下注射脱脂牛奶的解热作用试验 ;做醋酸溶液致小鼠疼痛扭体次数试验。结果　两种剂型在体外均有抑菌作用 ,其中中、大剂量对体内金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌有抑制。两剂型均能降低发热家兔的体温及减少醋酸溶液致小鼠扭体次数。结论　咽炎饮冲剂和汤剂的主要药效学作用相似 ,两种剂型的相同剂量组之间差异无显著性更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Yanyanyin Decoction(Ⅰ)was changed to Yanyanyin Granule(Ⅱ)in order to be taken more conveniently.The phamacodynamic studies were observed on Ⅰ and Ⅱ.Methods The bacteriostatic effects of Ⅰ and Ⅱ in vitro were determined by using Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Staphylococceae B,Staphylococceae D,Diplococcus pneumoniae,Staphylococcus epidermidis,Klebsiella as germs,the effects that both Ⅰ and Ⅱ inhibit the growth of germs were studied in mice,the antipyretic actions were obtained in health rabbits by taking de fatted millk subcutaneously,and their analgesia effects were determined by the method of mouse writhing body.Results Both Ⅰ and Ⅱ can inhibit the growth of germs in vitro,and the medium and high doses of Ⅰ and Ⅱ can restrain the growth of Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus epidermidis in vivo.They both can decrease the body temperature of the febrile rabbits,and can depress the torsion reaction in mice .Conclusions The pharmacodynamic effect of Ⅱ was similar to that of Ⅰ.There was no significant difference between Ⅰ and Ⅱ in same doses.更多还原
