【摘要】 目的　探讨高血压左室肥厚 (LVH)和非左室肥厚 (NLVH)QT间期离散度 (QTcd)与室性心律失常及心率变异性 (HRV)之间的关系。方法　对 86例高血压患者分为有或无左室肥厚两组进行QTcd与 2 4h动态心电图及HRV测定。结果　发现高血压LVH组的QTcd延长和室性心律失常明显高于高血压NLVH组 (P <0 .0 1) ,而高血压LVH组的HRV明显低于高血压NLVH组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　高血压LVH的发生及其出现的并发症如室性心律失常的原因 ,可能与其QTcd的延长及HRV的减低有关更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between QT interval dispersion(QTcd),ventricular arrhythmia and heart rate variability(HRV)in hypertension patients with or without left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH or NLVH). Methods The QTd,corrected QTd(QTcd)and circadian ambulatory ECG and HRV in 86 hypertension parients with LVH or NLVH were measured. Results The prolongation of QTcd and ventricular arrhythmia in hypertension LVH group were significantly higher than that in hypertension NLVH group ( P <0.01),whereas HRV in hypertension LVH group was decreased more significantly than that in hypertension NLVH group( P <0.01). Conclusion The cause of occurrence of complications such as ventricular arrhythmia was related to the prolongation of QTcd and decreasing of HRV in hypertension with LVH.更多还原
