【摘要】 目的　对血清癌胚抗原 (CEA)、甲胎蛋白 (AFP)、血清铁蛋白 (SF)、β2 微球蛋白 ( β2 MG)肿瘤标记物进行检测 ,探讨其在胆道良、恶性疾患中的诊断价值。方法　放射免疫检测法 (RIA)。结果　对照组 6 4例、良性组 6 0例和恶性组 3 6例进行检测 ,血清CEA、SF、和 β2 MG浓度恶性组 (分别为 18.84、2 3 5 .94ng ml及 6 .84ng ml)较良性组 ( 9.0 6、16 9.49ng ml,3 .3 9ng ml)和对照组 ( 8.2 0、10 7.81、3 .2 8ng ml)明显升高 ,并差异有非常显著意义 (P <0 .0 1)。血清CEA、SF和 β2 MG对胆道恶性肿瘤的阳性检测率分别为 75 %、75 %和 80 .5 6 %。结论　血清CEA、SF和 β2 MG的检测 ,对胆道良、恶性疾患的鉴别有一定的参考意义和应用价值更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assay serum CEA,AFP,SF and β 2 MG,in valve for diagnosis of biliary duct malignant and benign diseases. Methods RIA. Results In this study,serum CEA,AFP,SF and β 2 MG in 64(contrast group),60 cases with biliary duct benign diseases(benign group),36 cases with biliary duct malignant tumor(malignant group)were assayed.It showed that serum CEA,SF and β 2 MG in the malignant group were 18.84,235.94 and 6.84 ng/ml,in the benign group were 9.06,169.49 and and 3.39 ng/ml,in the contrast group were 8.20,107.81 and 3.28 ng/ml.The malignant group,was higher than other two groups(P<0.01),but serum AFP in the malignant group,begin group and contrast group were 9.10,8.50 and 9.74 ng/ml(P<0.05).The diagnosis rates of the serum CEA,SF and β 2 MG assay for biliary duct malignant tumor were 75% ,75% and 80.56% respectly. Conclusion It is practically valuable to assay CEA,SF and β 2 MG in serum for diagnosis of biliary duct malignant and benign diseases.更多还原
