【摘要】 目的为了寻找性能优良、安全低毒的烟酸替代品 ,合成具有降血脂活性的烟酸衍生物 β (N 异丙氨基烟酰氨基 )乙醇烟酸酯及其马来酸盐。方法以 2mol烟酰氯和 1mol异丙氨基乙醇为原料 ,采用氨解与醇解同时进行的一步法进行合成。成盐反应采用混合溶剂及分步结晶的方法。结果合成品的质量和收率符合文献要求。结论一步合成法操作简便 ,反应条件温和是较理想的合成路线。成盐反应适宜溶剂为丙酮和乙醇组成的混合溶剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo search for more potent and less toxic nicotinic acid derivatives,the β-(isopropylniconylamino) ethyl nicotinate and its maleate were synthesized.MethodsSynthetic way was adopted by one step which involved in ammonolysis and alcoholysis.Salify process was used for mixed solvent.ResultsThe quality and yield of the product were consist with the literature demands.ConclusionThe process is simple,and the reaction conditions are mild with higher yield.Optimal crystallization solvent is mixed acetone and ether.更多还原
