淋巴液抗大鼠失血性休克机理的研究
STUDY ON MECHANISM UNDERLYING THE LYMPH PROTECTS RATS FROM HEMORRHAGIC SHOCK
【摘要】 目的研究淋巴液抗失血性休克的机理。方法观察淋巴液对失血性休克大鼠心脏收缩功能和心室肌细胞动作电位的影响。结果淋巴液使失血性休克大鼠的平均动脉压、左心室收缩压和左心室内压最大上升速率具有显著回升作用 ;使心室肌细胞动作电位的 5 0 %复极化时间 (APD50 )和 90 %复极化时间显著延长 ,APD50 的延长作用可被Ca2 + 通道阻断剂阻断。结论淋巴液抗失血性休克机理可能与淋巴液促进心肌细胞Ca2 + 内流 ,增加失血性休克大鼠心脏的收缩能力有关。
【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo study of mechanism of Lymph on antagonism hemorrhagic shock.MethodsThe effect of lymph on myocardial contractility and action potential of ventricular muscles was studied. ResultsLymph significantly raise up the mean arterial pressure and left ventricular systolic pressure and the maximum change rate of the left ventricular pressure(LV+dp/dt max) during hemorrhagic shock. Lymph could prolonged action potential duration at 50 % and 90 % repolarization, this effect could be blocked by verapamil.ConclusionThese findings indicate that mechanism of lymph on hemorrhagic shock rat were belived to increase Ca 2+ inflow and improve myocardial contractility.
