阿莫西林分散片的制备及性质考察

【摘要】 目的分散片是一种快速崩解的新型片剂 ,制备阿莫西林分散片并观察其崩解速度。方法通过添加4种不同比例的辅料制备阿莫西林分散片 ,并与市售的阿莫西林胶囊及粉末剂的溶出速度比较。结果当低取代羟丙基纤维素和微晶纤维素比例为 7∶3,海藻酸钠用量为 1% ,十二烷基硫酸钠用量为 2 %时 ,阿莫西林分散片的崩解时间最短 ,溶出度明显快于市售胶囊剂型 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,与市售粉末剂相当 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论经 4种不同辅料制备的阿莫西林分散片崩解迅速 ,溶出度高 ;该技术工艺简单 ,具有实用价值

【Abstract】 ObjectiveDispersible tablet is a new kind tablet with swift disintegration.Amoxycillin dispersible tablet is prepared and its disintegration observed.MethodsBy adding four different proportional adjuvants,an Amoxycillin dispersible tablet was prepared,and its dissolution rate compared with that of the capsule and powder ones.ResultsThe disintegration time of Amoxycillin dispersible tablet was the shortest when the ratio of low substituted hydroxyproply cellulose and microcrystalline cellulose was 7∶3,sodium alginate 1 %,and sodium lauryl sulphate 2 %.Dissolution rate of dispersible tablet was obviously faster than commercial capsule (P< 0.05 ),and similar to commercial powders (P> 0.05 ).ConclusionThe Amoxycillin dispersible tablet made by the four different adjuvants can rapidly disintegrate with a high dissolution rate.The technique is simple and practical.
