【摘要】 选择 2 8例确诊的牙源性角化囊肿 ,用Carnoy’s液和三氯乙酸处理 2 0min后 ,切取囊壁组织进行组织学、组织化学、酶组织化学、透射电镜等检查。结果显示角化囊肿囊壁上皮酶活性丧失 ,胶原纤维断裂 ,细胞核变性。说明Carnoy’s液和三氯乙酸破坏了囊壁活性 ,有助于减少角化囊肿术后复发。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the histomorphological change of keratocysts after spreading cyst walls with Carnoy’s solution and 20% Trichloracetic Acid(TCA).Methods:28 consecutive cases of keratocysts diagnosed clinically by means of radiology and pathology were employed.Distinct areas of cyst walls in vivo were spread with two agents for 20 minutes simultaneously.Results:The decline of elasticity and ready removal of cyst walls were noticed.Disruption and disintegration of overlying epithelium and loss of activity of acid phosphatase were observed histologically.Injuries of similar degrees of cystic tissues under two agents were remarked and less infiltrative potential of 20% TCA was revealed.Conclusion:This study suggests that treatment of cyst walls with Carnoy’s solution and TCA during an enucleation procedure may destroy cystic tissues and result in the reduction of recurrence rate after operation.更多还原
