【摘要】 目的 :通过对 149例肿瘤患者作恶性肿瘤特异性生长因子 (TSGF)的检测 ,探讨TSGF与恶性肿瘤的关系 ,为肿瘤临床诊断和治疗提供依据。方法 :采用血清比色法。结果 :15 1例正常人TSGF检测结果 :14例呈阳性 ;149例恶性肿瘤患者中 12 7例TSGF为阳性 ,其检测的特导性为 90 .73% ,灵敏度为 85 .2 3%。结论 :TSGF作为一种新的广谱肿瘤标志物对癌症的群体筛查和早期诊断具有一定应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the relation of TSGF (Tumor Specific Growth Factor) with malignant tumors and provide information for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods:Serum colorimetry was used to measure the TSGF in the serum samples. Results:There were 14 who had positive TSGF in 151 normal cases.127 had positive TSGF in 149 cases of malignant tumors.The specificity was 90.7%, and the sensitivity was 85.23%. Conclusion: The TSGF, as a new broad spectrum tumor marker, has some value in early detection and diagnosis of tumors.更多还原
