【Abstract】 Objective:Severe cubitus varus may bring about inconvence inwalking, traumatic osteoarthritis and imbalance of muscle development and affect the mental health of the children.An operative treatment is thus introduced to correct the deformity. Method:make a suptalonow osteotomy of the humerus and french’s fixation. Result:In this group,17 cases were excellent, four good.Satisfactory result was oblained with no recurrence or complication after an average follow up of seven years and three months.Conclusion:This internal fixation is a safe and effective treatment for it is conveninet in operating procedure and there is no possibility of injuring the epiphyseal plate.更多还原
