【Abstract】 This paper reseached an improved preparaction of sodium diacetate, based on the premium and defection of 45% alcohol as the solvent. 95% alcohol is used as the solvent by adjusting conditions such as composition of feed stock,time of refluxing and quantity of solvent etc. When ratio of the feed stocks is NaAc∶HAc=0.58∶1,time of refluxing is about 40min,temperature of discharge is about 25℃, quality of the product is better and the yield is higher.$$$$更多还原
