【摘要】 SCI是国际上最权威的多学科、综合性的反映自然科学基础研究成果的文献检索系统 .从 SCI的视角 ,对河北师范大学基础研究的现状及其与国内外其他高校的差距进行了对比和分析 ,对河北师范大学近年来的基础研究工作做了概括性的总结和评论 .建议应充分认识和发挥基础研究的“源头”作用 ,带动科研工作的整体发展更多还原

【Abstract】 s:SCI is a poly subjected and compositived literature searching system reflecting nature science basic research which is the most authoritative in the world.By SCI view this essay analyses the basic research of Hebei Normal University and its inadequate from the other universities in the world,summarizes and evaluates the work of the basic research of our university the last years.And suggests that we must realize and give full play to the superiority of the basic research so as to develop the work of research as a whole.更多还原
