【Abstract】 A method for separation and determination of 1,5 benzothiazepines α amino β lactam in reaction mixture by thin layer chromatography has been established.The operating conditions are: λ 1=280nm, λ 2=354nm,beam size 1.2mm×1.2mm, SX =3.The calibration curves are linear in the range of 0.275～7.70μg( γ =0.9905, n =9),the detectable limit is 0.140μg. The coefficient of variation of this method is less than 5%,the average recovery for β lactam is 100.15%.The method is simple and rapid.更多还原
