【Abstract】 The general contract is a new management mode in project construction, which is popularized in water and hydro-power project constructions in China. In terms of investment control, the general contractor is not only the client but also the contractor. The cost control is given a new concept because of the dual nature. This paper summarized the investment control process and experiences and discussed the control points and direction of cost management, which will be helpful to other projects.更多还原
