污水沉淀池无粘结预应力技术研究与应用

【摘要】 环形无粘结预应力技术是近 1 0a逐步发展并加以推广应用的新技术 .结合日处理污水能力 4× 1 0 5 t的大型污水处理工程中污水初沉池和二沉池的预应力混凝土施工 ,通过三维混凝土有限元分析确定了池壁环向预应力钢绞线的张拉方法 .开展了环形无粘结预应力钢绞线孔道摩擦系数和偏差系数的现场试验研究 ,对钢绞线的张拉理论伸长值与实测值进行了对比分析 .同时对沉淀池池壁孔口预应力钢绞线的布置及钢绞线的锚固防腐等工程经验进行了分析总结 .对同类结构的理论研究和工程实践具有重要的参考价值

【Abstract】 It is a new technology of the ringlike unbonded prestress gradually developed and applied in recent 10 years. In this paper, combined with the prestressed concrete construction of the sedimentation tank in large sewage treatment plant with capacity of 400 thousand tons one day, the tension method of the ringlike unbonded strands was determined by three-dimensional concrete finite element analysis. The in-situ test was carried out to study the coefficients related to the friction of strand duct, and the theoretical values of strand elongation contrasted to the tested are analyzed. Meanwhile, the strands arrangement near the hole on the tank wall and the protection method of anchorage are also summarized. There are important values to the practices of similar construction and to the developments of ringlike prestress technology.
