聚氨酯摩擦磨损规律的研究

【摘要】 通过对工业中广泛应用的聚氨酯材料摩擦磨损规律进行实验研究 ,发现聚氨酯摩擦系数和磨损率低于一般橡胶材料 ,且随法向载荷变化不大 ,其磨损机理为油性磨粒磨损。

【Abstract】 The polyurethane which is widely used in industry is studied about its law of friction and wear by experiment,and it is found that the frictional coefficient and wear ratio of polyurethane are lower than other rubber material and changing slightly with the variation of normal load,and its corresponding abrasion mechanism belongs oily abrasion.
