高强高导铜基复合材料
High Strength and High Conductivity Copper Based Composites
【摘要】 高强高导铜基复合材料是一类很有应用潜力的功能材料。本文综述铜基原位复合材料的研究现状 ,对其制备工艺及性能进行了介绍。最后阐述了该类材料的发展方向。
【Abstract】 High strength and high conductivity copper based composites are functional materials with great application potential.Research situation of copper based in situ composites is summarised in this paper.Fabrication processes and properties of the composites are also introduced.The developing tendency of the composites is finally presented.
