增加无机盐和表面活性剂对B-3543摇瓶发酵的影响

【摘要】 对抗生素B 35 43产生菌F2 1 31 0的摇瓶发酵培养基及其发酵条件进行了研究 ,结果表明在培养基中KH2 PO4 由 0 0 5 %增至 0 1 5 %和 0 2 0 % ,发酵效价提高 1 5 33%和 31 0 1 % ,加入 (NH4 ) 6Mo7O2 4 5 0mg/L发酵效价提高 38 4 5 % ,加入ZnSO4 1 0 0mg/L发酵效价提高 2 8 0 0 % ,加入MnSO4 2 0 0mg/L发酵效价提高 1 0 30 % ,加入Twen 2 0 1 0 0mg/L以及Twen 80 5 0mg/L发酵效价分别提高 2 2 4 9%和 2 6 6 7%

【Abstract】 This paper describes the study on the culture media and fermentation condition of F 2 1310 strain of Paecilomyces sp. B 3543,which produced new antibiotic B 3543.Experimental results revealed that it could increase the antibiotic yielding activity by adding inorganic salts and surfactants to the culture media. The results as follows:By adding KH 2PO 4 0 15% and 0 20%,antibiotic fermentation activity was increased by 15 33% and 31 01%;By adding (NH 4) 6Mo 7O 24 50?mg/L,ZnSO 4 100?mg/L and MnSO 4?200?mg/L,antibiotic fermentation activity was increased by 38 45%,28 00% and 10 30% respectively;By adding surfactant Twen 20 100mg/L and Twen 80 50mg/L,antibiotic fermentation activity was increased by 22 49% and 26 67% respectively.
