【Abstract】 Crude fat and carbohydrate in dry nucleoli of 20 re selected walnut strains were determined.Results showed that the content of crude fat in all re selected strains were 68 31～76 68 g/100 g,and significant difference existed among strains and it was higher by 2.66%～15.24% than control (66.54 g/100 g);carbohydrate content in all re selected strains were 2 37～5 38 g/100 g,significant difference existed among strains and higher by 15 05%～161 17% than control(2 06 g/100 g).更多还原
