【摘要】 选用 8个级别的烤烟烟叶及 2个级别的白肋烟叶 ,研究了烟草甲Lasiodermaserricorne(F .)对贮存烟叶的产卵及取食选择性与烟叶所含化学物质的关系。逐步回归分析结果显示 ,烟叶可溶性总糖及石油醚提取物含量越高 ,越能吸引烟草甲产卵 ;可溶性总糖及石油醚提取物含量越高、纤维素含量越低 ,越能吸引烟草甲取食。更多还原

【Abstract】 Eight grades of flue cured tobacco leaves and two grades of burley tobacco leaves were used to research the preference of cigarette beetle [Lasioderma serricorne (F.)] to tobacco leaves.The results showed that the total soluable sugar and the petroleum ether extract content in tobacco leaves positively affected the cigarette beetles to lay eggs on tobacco leaves.Also,the total soluable sugar,the petroleum ether extract and the cellulose content affected the adult beetles’ eating selectivity to tobacco leaves.The cigarette beetles prefered to select the tobacco leaves with high content of total soluable sugar and petroleum ether extract but low content of cellulose.更多还原
