Z分数理论在教师课堂教学效果评价中的应用
APPLICATION OF Z FRACTION THEORY IN TEACHERS CLASS TEACHING EFFECT EVALUATION
【摘要】 应用教育统计学理论 (标准分数理论 )对不同班级、不同课程的 31位任课教师的课堂教学质量进行了评价 ,对标准分数理论在教师课堂教学质量评估上的应用的可行性、局限性进行了讨论
【Abstract】 The class teaching quality of 31 teachers, who teach different classes, and courses, was evaluated by using educational statistics theory (standard fraction theory). The feasibility and limitations about applying standard fraction theory in teacher’s class teaching quality evaluation were discussed.
