6-苄基氨基比林、激动素对水分胁迫条件下小麦旗叶光合磷酸化活力的影响
Effect of 6-BA or KT on Photophosphorylation Activity in Wheat Flag Leaves Under Water Stress
【摘要】 干旱胁迫对抗旱性不同的两个小麦品种冀麦 38号和晋麦 33号的旗叶叶绿体Hill反应活力、光合磷酸化活力以及叶绿体偶联因子ATP酶活力均有不同程度的影响 ,而叶面喷施 6 -苄基氨基比林或激动素 ,对以上两种反应及Mg2 + -ATP酶、Ca2 + -ATP酶均起到促进作用
【Abstract】 Water stress has influence on the Hill reaction,photophosphorylation activity and the ATPase activities of the chloroplast coupling factor in two different draught resistance wheat cultivars,Jimai 38 and Jinmai 33.After the treatment of 6 benzylaminopurine (6-BA)and Kinetin(KT)in flag leaves,Hill reaction,photophosphorylation,Mg 2+ ATPase and Ca 2+ ATPase activity are all improved.
