花烛组织培养的研究

【摘要】 为了找出一条适合花烛工厂化生产的最佳组织培养程序 ,以茎尖、叶、根等作为外植体诱导愈伤组织发生 ,进而诱导不定芽的发生。结果表明 :黑暗有利于花烛愈伤组织的诱导和生长 ,其最佳培养基为MS + 6 -BA 0 7mg/L +KT 0 3mg/L。光照有利于芽的发生 ,其最佳培养基为MS + 6 -BA 0 5mg/L +KT 0 5mg/L。生长素不利于花烛愈伤组织和芽的诱导及增殖培养。花烛增殖培养合适的代数以 2 0次为宜。生根培养基为 1/2MS +IBA0 5mg/L。

【Abstract】 In this paper,the tissue culture and rapid propagation of Anthurium andreanum Lind. were studied using shoots,leaves and roots of the plant as explants. The studies showed that the darkness advantages the induction and growth of callus cultivated in the befitting medium of MS+6-BA 0 7mg/L.Light advantages the initiation of adventitious bud in the befitting medium of MS+6-BA 0 5mg/L+KT 0 5mg/L. Auxin inhibites the induction and propagation of callus and adventitious bud. The experiment proves that the suitable generations of continued reproduction for Anthurium andreanum in vitro is about 20. The medium of 1/2MS+IBA 0 5mg/L is the best medium inducing roots formation.
