【摘要】 为了提高中林 - 46杨混农速生丰产林的生产能力 ,用中林 - 46杨根系浸提液处理主要农作物和常见田间杂草的种子进行发芽试验 ,结果表明 :中林 - 46杨的他感作用是存在的 ,其根浸提液对大豆种子的萌发没有影响 ,但对其幼苗的生长有极显著的促进作用 ;低浓度的浸提液 ( 0～ 5mg/ml)对花生生长的影响不明显 ,高浓度 ( 10～ 50mg/ml)时则有极显著的促进作用 ;浸提液浓度为 ( 0～ 10mg/ml)时 ,对小麦、玉米的生长有极显著的促进作用 ,浓度再高 ( >10mg/ml)则表现极显著的抑制作用 ;高浓度的浸提液对反枝苋、马唐、狗尾草、蟋蟀草、虎尾草有明显的抑制作用 ;中低浓度仅对反枝苋、蟋蟀草有明显的促进作用 ;其他草类仅在个别浓度受到促进。更多还原

【Abstract】 The water extract of Zhonglin-46 poplar ( Poplus sp.) roots was used to treat the seeds of the main crops and weeds. The result showed that the allelopathic effects of the poplar does exist.The water extract of Zhonglin-46 poplar roots did not affect the germination of the seeds of Glycin max , but greatly promoted its seedling growth. The extract with low concentration(0～5 mg/ml) had no significant effect on growth of ground pea nut, but very significant promotion was found with high concentration(10～50 mg/ml). The extract with concentration of 0～10 mg/ml promoted the growth of Triticum saticum and Zea mays very significantly, while very significant inhibition was found with concentration higher than 10 mg/ml. The high concentration greatly inhibited Amaranthus retroflexus, Digitaria sanguinalis, Setaria viridis, Eleusine indica and chtotia virgata , but greatly facilitated Amaruanthus retroflexus and Eleusine indica with moderate and low concentrations.更多还原
