30MnSiV钢连续冷却转变曲线
The continuous cooling transformation curve of 30MnSiV
【摘要】 结合现场应用的高强度预应力钢筋感应加热处理特点 ,测定了30 Mn Si V钢连续冷却转变曲线。在 91 0℃奥氏体保温 5s状态下 ,连续冷却时 ,CCT曲线的最短孕育期为 4.5s。
【Abstract】 According to the characteristics of inducing heat treatment of high strength prestressed steel in practice,the Continuous Cooling transformation Curve of 30 MnSiV is measured.After the Austein keeping the temperature five seconds at 910℃,it is continuously cooled and the shortest transforming time of CCT Curve is 4.5 second.
