【摘要】 对钢液注流的惰性气幕保护系统在实验室进行了冷模拟试验研究。通过向安装在钢包或中间罐水口下方的引流管内吹入惰性气体形成保护气幕 ,使钢流与空气完全隔离 ,防止其发生再氧化 ,减少钢中的非金属夹杂物 ,提高连铸坯质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 The cold simulate of inert gases shrouding system of molten stream is studied in laboratory.The gas curtain is formed by blowing inert gas,through drainage tube set up in ladle nozzle or intermediate ladle nozzle.The gas curtain cats off molten stream flow with air,prevents oxidation of molten stream,reduces non metal inclusions and increases the quality of the continuous casting steel.更多还原
