超高温烧结条件下氧化铝板状晶体的形貌
The alumina sintered at super-High temperatures
【摘要】 将含有各种微量掺杂物的氧化铝超细粉成型试样在 1 850℃ ,190 0℃和 1 92 5℃还原气氛下进行烧结 ,利用 SEM,EDS和 XRD对烧后试样的显微结构和微区组成进行分析。含有 Mg O+Y2 O3,V2 O5 和Na2 B4O7+V2 O5+Pr等掺杂物 ,经 1 92 5℃烧结后的试样中均存在板状晶粒。本文中所定义的板状晶粒为 :尺寸大于 30 μm,长度 /厚度 >50的异常晶粒。
【Abstract】 Fine alumina powder,doped with low contents(<3%)of various dopants,were sintered at 1850℃,1900℃,and 1925℃ in a reducing atmosphere.The microstructures of sintered samples were examined by SEM,TEM,EDS and XRD.Tabular subgrains were observed in all samples containing the dopants used,e.g.MgO+Y 2O 3,V 2O 5,and Na 2B 4O 7+V 2O 5+Pr,at a sintering temperature 1 925℃.The tabular subgrains are defined,in the paper,as the abnormal grains which are longer than 30 μm and with an aspect ratio>50.
