KT与NAA对马铃薯组培苗生长的影响

【摘要】 培养基中KT与NAA含量对马铃薯组培苗生长有很大的影响,试验找出了马铃薯组培苗扦插成活率低的原因,并得到了最佳KT和NAA组合。当KT为0.4mg/L、NAA为0.04mg/L时,组培苗鲜重、根重、根数、腋芽发生数及腋芽发生百分比分别为2.89g/10株、0.52g/10株、7.6个/株、2.7个/株、76.4%,扦插成活率达到84.8%,比试验前提高了40.6%。

【Abstract】 The concentration of KT and NAA in medium have a large effect on the growth of potato seedlings. In the experiment, the reason for poor survival rate of transplanted potato was clarified, and optimum combination of KT and NAA was obtained. When the concentration was 0.4mg/L for KT and 0.04g/L for NAA, the fresh weitht, root weight, root number,bud number and the percentage of bud developed of the seedlings were 2. 89g/10 plants, 0. 52 g/10 plants,7. 6/plant, 2. 7/plant and 76. 4% respectively. Survival rate of transplanted seedlings reached to 84.8%, which was 40.6% higher than that before the experiment.
