交流检定装置中导线电位差的测量与误差分析
【摘要】 在检定测量工作中 ,微小电信号的测量不但对测试仪器本身要求较高 ,同时测试线路和测试方法都会对测试结果产生较大影响。本文以交流检定装置检定中导线压降的测量为例 ,对微小电信号的干扰来源和测试方法进行分析 ,以期得到更准确的测试结果。
【Abstract】 In calibration measurement, the measurement of small electrical signals not only lays high requirement to the instruments themselves but the measuring and testing circuit and method also have the heavier effect on the results. Taking the measurement of potential difference across the leads in AC calibration device as an example, this paper analyzes the interference source of small electrical signals and the measuring and testing method, expecting more accurate results.
