300MW机组带负荷时振动增大的故障诊断
Diagnosis of Vibration Increase During Loading of a 300 MW Unit
【摘要】 描述了某台国产引进型 30 0MW机组低负荷时各瓦振动均增大的现象及振动特征 ,认为振动大是由于动静部件碰撞摩擦 (以下简称动静碰摩 )引起的 ,并指出引起碰摩的原因为汽温大范围快速变化 ,为类似故障的诊断提供了参考
【Abstract】 This paper describes the phenomena and behavior of bearing vibration of a 300 MW unit in certain power plant. The vibration is increased during low load, and the authors believe the impact friction of static and rotating parts introduces this, and rapid and wide change of steam temperature causes friction between parts. This can be a reference to the diagnosis of similar problem.
