断路器气动机构拒分的原因分析
Cause Analysis of Fail-to-Break Problem of Pneumatic Actuator of Circuit Breaker
【摘要】 阐述了LW 11- 2 2 0W断路器气动机构分闸阀存在的特殊问题 ,从理论上分析了分闸阀积水、锈蚀从而造成断路器拒分的原因 ,并提出一些建议措施。
【Abstract】 This paper addresses a special failtobreak problem existing in the pneumatic actuator of Type LW11220W circuit breaker. From theoretical analysis, the authors believe that water accumulation and corrosion in circuit breaking valve are the causes of the problem. Some suggestions for solving the problem are proposed.
