【摘要】 我国近 2 0年来的国有企业改革在主体对象上存在严重的错位 :由企业家错位为企业职工。这种主体对象错位的改革 ,其结果导致企业职工权益严重失落 ,同时企业家成长制度依然缺乏。转变改革主体对象 ,通过加速企业家成长的制度建设来实现职工权益回归和促进企业发展 ,是我国企业改革进一步深化发展的策略指向更多还原

【Abstract】 The subject of Chinese state enterprise reform has been wrongly orientated on employee but entrepreneur for 20 years.The wrong orientation’s reform has resulted in the bad loss of employee’s rights and interests,also the short of entrepreneur growth’s support system.The political point of farther deepening enterprise reform should be realizing the regression of employee’s rights and interests,improving enterprise’s economic development through transferring reform subject and speeding up the entrepreneur growth’s support system construct.更多还原
