土豆粉发酵法乳酸提取工艺中几个因素的探讨
Factors in Lactic Acid Drawing with Potato Powder
【摘要】 从蛋白质去除、过滤速度、颜色的变化、结晶条件等诸方面 ,探讨了以土豆粉为原料生产食品级乳酸的提取工艺 ,以提高提取收得率和产品质量 .
【Abstract】 This paper describes drawing technology which is used to produce edible lactic acid with potato powder concerning proteins removed,vilter speed,colors change, and crystallizing condition for the purpose of improving revenue and quality of products.
