Be元素对7475Al合金再结晶及性能的影响
Influence of Beryllium on 7475Al Alloy Recrystallization and Properties
【摘要】 通过再结晶退火方法 ,研究了 Be元素对 7475 Al合金的硬度—保温时间关系曲线、再结晶体积百分数—保温时间关系曲线及晶粒度的影响 .结果表明 :在 7475 Al合金中加入一定量的 Be,能有效地提高合金再结晶温度 ,降低再结晶速度 ,能使合金硬度提高近 1倍 ,同时还可使合金晶粒有效地细化 .
【Abstract】 This paper researches the influence of beryllium on 7475Al alloy hardness time curve, recrystallization volumn percentage time curve and grain size by recrystallization annealing. It was found that the addition of a suitable amount beryllium can increase 7475Al alloy recrystallization temperature, reduce recrystallization speed, double the surface hardness, and make the grain refine effectivly at the same time.
