添加剂存在下PE-g-MAH的合成及其流动行为的研究
Synthesis of MAH-g-PE Copolymer and the Rheological Properties in Presence of the Additive
【摘要】 在自由基引发剂的存在下合成了马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯聚合物(PE-g- MAH),着重研究添加剂的种类、用量对接枝反应的影响,采用毛细管流变仪研究了接枝聚合物的流动行为,讨论了剪切速率、温度等对其流变性能的影响.结果表明:体系属于假塑性流体,合成过程中加入少量已内酰胺,可以明显降低体系的表观粘度,提高 PE-g- MAH的流动性能。
【Abstract】 In this thesis, the copolymer (MAH-g-PE) is prepared by the reaction of the grafting malaic anhydride onto polyethylene using DCP as initiator in the presence of the additive. The crosslinking reaction is inhibited and the crosslindage degree is decreased in the presence of CALA. The rheological properties of PE, MAH-g-PE are investigated. The effect of shear rate, temperature on the rheological properties of blends was discussed. The results showed that CALA could decrease the apparent viscosity of the copolymer and improve the flowing property of the melt.
