应用PSPICE软件分析压力传感器的非线性电阻电桥电路

【摘要】 利用 PSPICE软件模拟由扩散为敏电阻器构成的非线性电阻电桥电路的行为特性,指出可利用其中受电压控制的电压源及其扩展功能来模拟非线性扩散电阻器在电路的等价作用,进而显示出压力传感器中非线性为敏电阻电桥电路的电漂移和热漂移特性.结合0℃和50℃时压力传感器电桥零点输出的实验结果对比模拟结果进行了分析.简要地论述了电桥零点输出电漂移的起因以及如何利用电漂移来消除热零点漂移.

【Abstract】 PSPICE soft was used to simulate the behavior character for nonlinear resistor bridge circuits formed by the diffused piezoresistors. This paper points out that the equivalent functions of nonlinear resistors in the circuit can be simulated with a controlled voltage source and its expansion function, showing the behavior of electric and thermal drift. So that, the nonlinear piezoresistor bridge circuits and the simulation results can be analyzed compared with the experiment of bridge offset output for pressure sensors, conducted at temperature 0℃ and 50℃. We briefly explain the origin of electric drift of the bridge offset and use it to eliminate the temperature drift for the bridge offset output at zero pressure.
