【摘要】 本文简要地分析了近年来国内外学者对腐败概念的多种观点 ,并对腐败客体、腐败主体、腐败的危害、腐败动机和腐败的标准等几方面进行了分析总结 ,在此基础上提出自己对腐败概念的界定。笔者认为 ,应该从广义和狭义两方面界定腐败才比较全面 ,而且也切合社会实际更多还原
