热力学方法测量泵效率的研究进展
The Progresses in the Thermodynamic Analyzing Method for the Pump Efficiency Monitoring
【摘要】 介绍了热力学测量泵效率的方法,提供了几个准确可靠的效率计算公式,指出采用高精度的温度传感器组成自动化的测量系统,能够解决微小温差测量的难题,提高测量精度,从而促进这一方法的进一步推广应用。
【Abstract】 The thermodynamic analyzing method for the pump efficiency monitoring is introduced in the paper. Some precise and reliable formulas for calculating the pump efficiency is presented. The automatic monitoring system with accurate temperature probe is discussed. The automatic monitoring system can accurately measure the small temperature difference of water between the outlet and the inlet of the pump, which affects the precision of the measured pump efficiency.
