罗丹明B-7碘-8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸胶束体系荧光熄灭法测定钒

【摘要】 研究了在HAcNH4 Ac介质中钒罗丹明B 7碘 8羟基喹啉 5磺酸表面活性剂四元体系的荧光特性 ,提出了以罗丹明B 7碘 8羟基喹啉 5磺酸溴代十六烷基三甲铵荧光熄灭法测定钒的方法 .该法测定V(Ⅴ )的线性范围为 0 .1~ 6.0 μg/L ,检出限为 0 .0 0 68μg /L .采用适当掩蔽剂 ,测定了自来水中的微量元素钒 ,获得了满意的结果

【Abstract】 Fluorescence characteristic of vanadium rhodamine B 7iodo8hydroxyguinoline5 sulfonic acid surface active agent quaternary system in acetic acid ammonium acetate buffer solution has been studied ; and a new method has been described for determination of trace vanadium. The linear range is 0.1~6.0 μg/L. The determination limit is 0.006 8 μg/L. The sensitivity for the method is high and selectivity is good. By using proper screening agent, the method has been applied satisfactorily to the determination of trace vanadium(Ⅴ) in water sample .
