【Abstract】 The article analyses the competition environment in the welding industry in Shanghai by means of industry competition analysis. It holds that the primary rivalry of the leading factories in the welding industry in Shanghai (whether they specializes in welding equipment or welding materials ) will be those enterprises with the background of foreign capital. During their competition with consumers , suppliers and potential competitors, it is a feasible development strategy to broaden the technical gap with these competitors to increase the entrance resttictions in the industry.更多还原
