惰性气体整体保护焊接设备的研制及应用
DEVELOPMENT AND APPLICATION OF AN INERT GAS - SHIELDING EQUIPMENT FOR ACTIVE METAL WELDING
【摘要】 介绍了一台适合于钛合金及其它活性金属惰性气体整体保护焊接设备的结构、各部分的功能、设备的工作原理及使用效果。指出当采用抽真空置换氩气时,为了能在焊接工作室内建立起所要求纯度的氩气保护环境,在焊接过程中达到对工件的保护目的,在设备设计中应注意的关键部位和环节是:真空室的密封性能及焊接工作室内的气体微正压自动实时监控与过压和欠压声光报警系统,这两个方面必须给予足够的重视,才能达到理想的焊接保护效果。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces the structure of an inert gas - shield equipment for titanium alloy and other active metal welding, functions of its corresponding parts and its working theory. In order to obtain the required purity of the inert gas in the welding chamber, while replacing the air with the inert gas by vacuum, to reach the aim of protecting metal work-piece being welded, it has been pointed out that more attention should be given to the following key parts: seal of the vacuum chamber, the gas buy - positive pressure real time measuring and automatically controlling system, and over - range sounding - light alarm system.
