超磁致伸缩合金粉末材料的粘接
BONDING OF GIANT MAGNETOSTRICTION POWDER MATERIAL
【摘要】 采用粘接技术,在热压成型条件下,制备稀土超磁致伸缩复合材料。研究了成型工艺参数对材料粘接强度(抗压强度)的影响。结果表明,在一定的工艺条件下,其抗压强度值可达到 110 MPa,其研究结果为超磁致伸缩复合材料制备工艺参数的选择提供了依据。
【Abstract】 Adopting handing technology at hat press - molding condition, the giant magnetostrictive composites have been manufactured. Molding parameter having effect on bending strength is introduced. The result shows that the compressive strength is as high as 110 MPa. The outcome above lays basis for selection of manufacturing parameter.
