灵芝多糖(polysaccharide of Ganoderm a lucidum)的药效学研究 Ⅱ.防辐射及升高白细胞的作用
Studies on the Pharmacological Effects of the Polysaccharides of Ganoderma lucidum Ⅱ.the Radiation-proof effect and elevating white blood cells action
【摘要】 小鼠接受 6 0 Co辐射 (7.5 Gray)或 ip环磷酰胺 (CPM) (10 0 mg· kg- 1 1次 )使骨髓造血功能受损后 ,给小鼠 ig GL Ps(30mg· kg- 1× 15 d)以观察其对小鼠外周白细胞数、骨髓 DNA系数及胸腺、脾系数的影响。结果 :1.小鼠接受 6 0 Co辐射后 ,GL Ps组小鼠白细胞数 (× 10 9/ L,2 .8± 1.7)、骨髓 DNA系数 (8.6± 2 .0 )、胸腺系数 (2 .5± 0 .6 )及脾系数 (1.6± 0 .5 )分别与水组相应指标 (1.3± 0 .4、4.0± 0 .8、2 .0± 0 .6、1.1± 0 .3)比较均明显增高 (P<0 .0 5~ 0 .0 1)。 2 .小鼠 ip CPM后 ,GL Ps组小鼠白细胞数 (2 .4± 0 .4)、骨髓 DNA系数 (2 5 .8± 3.5 )及胸腺系数 (2 .5± 0 .4)分别与水组相应指标 (1.9± 0 .4、10 .8± 2 .8、2 .0± 0 .3)比较均明显增高 (P<0 .0 5~ 0 .0 1)。表明 GL Ps具有对抗 6 0 Co辐射及 CPM引起的小鼠白细胞下降 ,和防止小鼠骨髓 DNA含量降低的作用 ,同时有保护小鼠因辐射或 CPM引起的胸腺缩小。
【Abstract】 Studies on the radiation proof effect and elevating white blood count(WBC)of GLPs were reported in this paper The function of mouse bone marrow was damaged by\+\{60\}Co radiation(7 5gray)or ip CPM 100mg·kg\+\{-1\},then GLPs(30mg·kg\+\{-1\}·d\+\{-1\}ig×15d)was given The influence of the peripheral WBC,DNA coefficient of bone marrow,indexs of thymus and spleen were determined The results showed 1 In radiated mice,the WBC was 2 8±1 7(10\+9/L),DNA coefficient of bone marrow was 8 6±2 0,the index of thymus and spleen were 2 5±0 6 and 1 6±0 5 respectively in the GLPs grous These parameters were significant increased when compared with water group which were 1 3±0 4,4 0±0 8,2 0±0 6,and 1 1±0 3,respectively(P<0 05~0 01) 2 In CPM mice,the GLPs group:WBC was 2 4±0 4,DNA coefficient of bone marrow was 25 8±3 5,the index of thymus was 2 5±0 4 These parameter were significant increased when compared with water group which were 1 9±0 4,10 8±2 8,2 0±0 3 respectively(P<0 05~0 01) It Concluded that GLPs possess the \+\{60\}Co radiation proof effect and action of increasing WBC which was lowered by CPM,prevents decreasing the DNA amount of bone marrow and the weight of thymus
