【摘要】 太平 号蚯蚓 (Eisenia Foelide)经匀浆 ,丙酮沉淀及 DEAE- Sepharose FF层析柱分离纯化后 ,得一糖蛋白组分 QY- 。苯酚—硫酸法测其含糖量约 2 % ,SDS- PAGE实验结果显示该组分的分子量约为 63KD。氨基酸组成分析表明含 16种氨基酸 ,不含色氨酸和半胱氨酸。对小鼠肝癌 H2 2 有明显的抑制作用 ,能使荷瘤小鼠生命延长率提高达 65 .4%。更多还原

【Abstract】 A glycoprotein QY Ⅰ was isolated and purified from the crude extract of earthworm by use of hemogenized precipitation with cold acetone and DEAE Sepharose FF chromatography.It contains about 2% saccharide by the method of sulfuric acid phenol for the quantitative determination.Its molecular weight is about 63KD as measured by sodium dodecyl sulphate polyacryl amide gel electrophoresis.Analysis of amino acid composition of QY Ⅰ shows that it is consist of 16 amino acid and no Trp and Cys.Antitumor bioactivity of QY Ⅰ from earthworm was assayed by using H\-\{22\} tumor model of mice,the results showed that significant antitumor effects and the life prolonged rate was 65.4% on cultured H\-\{22\} of mice.更多还原
