鳗鲡骨粉中钙质对动物生长代谢的影响
Effects of Calcium in Bone Powder of Anguilla Japonica on the Metabolism and Growth of Animal
【摘要】 以鳗鲡 (Anguilla japonica)新鲜的脊骨为原料制成鳗骨粉。选用 40只昆明小白鼠 ,雌雄各半 ,随机分成 4组 :低钙膳食组、碳酸钙组、鳗骨粉组和高钙鳗骨粉组。各组分别饲以按 AOAC配方的纯合成饲料 ,其中钙分别来自碳酸钙和鳗骨粉 ,其含钙量依次为 0 .0 5 %、0 .39%、0 .45 %、0 .88% ,喂养观察 2 8d。结果表明 ,低钙膳食组动物生长缓慢。鳗骨粉组动物与低钙膳食组相比有显著差异主要在体重增长 (P<0 .0 5 )、股骨重量 (P<0 .0 5 )、股骨钙含量 (P<0 .0 1)、血清钙含量 (P<0 .0 1)等方面。并且鳗骨粉组动物生长较碳酸钙组略好。高钙鳗骨粉组动物生长情况最好。说明鳗骨粉中钙质在动物体内吸收代谢良好 ,可保证动物的生长代谢
【Abstract】 The calcium powder of Anguilla japonica is prepared from the backbone of Anguilla japonica.Forty Kunming rats,male and female in half,are randomly divided into four groups(low calcium meal,calcium carbonate,bone powder of Anguilla japonica,high calcium bone powder of Anguilla japonica).All groups are fed with pure mixed diet of AOAC formula for 28 days,the amount of the supplemented calcium in the experimental diet is 0.05%,0.39%,0.45%and 0.88% respectively.The results indicate that the growth of low calcium meal group is slow.There is great difference between the groups of bone powder of Anguilla jaonica and low calcium meal in the body weight,the weight of femur,calcium content in femur and serum.And the growth of bone powder of Anguilla japonica group is a little better than that of calcium carbonate group.The growth of high calcium bone powder of Anguilla japonica group is the best.It shows that the calcium of bone powder of Anguilla japonica is satisfactory and can promote the growth of rats.
