【摘要】 紫云金系紫草、白芷、冰片、银花等的醇提物 ,ig紫云金 2～ 4g· kg- 1对大鼠角叉菜胶性足跖肿胀 ,大鼠棉球肉芽肿增生及小鼠巴豆油性耳廓水肿均有显著的抑制作用。可抑制醋酸所致的腹腔毛细血管通透性的增加。紫云金对小鼠醋酸扭体反应具有显著的抑制作用。能显著的提高小鼠热刺激的痛阈水平。提示 ,紫云金具有抗炎 ,镇痛作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Zi Yun Jin was isolated from red root gromwel root dahurian angelica root bomeo camphor and honeysuckble.Zi Yun Jin 2~4g·kg -1 ig inhibited hind paws swelling induced by sc 0.15ml carrageenan and inhibited maekedly proliferation of granuloma induced by sc implantation of cotton-pellets in rats.Zi Yun Jin 2~4g·kg -1 ig inhibited markedly the ear swelling induced by croton oil and the increased vascular permeability induced by ip 0.7% HAC in mice.It also decreased the writhins and had anaglesin with hot-plat in mice.The Yesult Showed Zi Yun Jin had significantly anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.更多还原
