【摘要】 本实验观察了两种不同组胺H2R拮抗剂西米替丁（Cimetidine，CMD）与法莫替丁（Famotidine．FAM）对体外培养恶性疟原虫的影响。在体外培养条件下．当CMD的浓度为5×10－6～4×10－2mol／L时，具有明显的杀灭或抑制其生长的作用；而FAM各浓度组（5×10－7～4×10－2mol／L）对体外培养恶性疟原虫的生长抑制作用不明显。由此推断西米替丁的抗疟效应可能不是通过组织胺H2R的拮抗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Two kinds of antagonists of histamine-2 receptor (H2R), Cimitiding (CMD) & Famotiding (FAM), was tested on P. falciparum iu vitro. The results suggested that CMD could inhibit and even kill the parasites at the dossage of 5 ×10 - 6mol／L~ 4 ×10 - 2mol/L. But FAM had not any effects on the growth of P. falciparum in vitro.
