安氟醚对离体鼠心的心肌保护作用
Enflurane provides myocardiac protection in ischemic/reperfusion isolated rat hearts
【摘要】 目的 :探讨安氟醚 (enflurane ,EF)对离体缺血再灌注 (Ischemic/reperfusion,I/R)鼠心模型有氧代谢的影响及与缺血预处理 (Ischemicpreconditioning,IPC)比较。方法 :分 4组 ,对照组、缺血再灌注组、安氟醚组、缺血预处理组 ,离体I/R鼠心采用主动脉根部顺行恒温灌注 ,观察心肌超微结构、CAT和CCO活性。结果 :缺血再灌注组的超微结构损伤严重 ,而安氟醚组、缺血预处理组超微结构基本完整 :从CAT和CCO活性方面 ,同安氟醚组、缺血预处理组相比 ,缺血再灌注组损伤严重 (P <0 0 5 ) ,而前两组间CAT和CCO活性无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :安氟醚能改善离体I/R鼠心肌有氧代谢及抗氧自由基的作用 ,因此对心肌有保护作用。
