【摘要】 将40例符合CCMD－Ⅱ－R及DSM-Ⅳ诊断的抑郁症病人，随机分为两组，采用双盲双模拟方法，分别给予万拉法新或阿米替林治疗，疗程为6周，应用HAMD、HAMA、TESS等量表进行评定。结果显示，两组在治疗后第4、7、14、42天HAMD、HAMA量表评分无显著性差异；口干、便秘、食欲减退、视力模糊、腹泻等副作用发生率万拉法新治疗组明显低于阿米替林治疗组；两组的药物起效时间无明显差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To compare the efficacy, adverse effeets and onset of action of Venlafaxine and Amitriptyline.Methods:40 patients who met the CCMD-Ⅱ-R criteria for depression and DSM-Ⅳ-criteria for major depression were treated with either Venlafaxine or Amitriptyline for a period of 6 weeks in a double-blind, placebo controlled trial.HAMD, HAMA, and TESS were adopted to evaluated the therapeutic response and adverse effects.Results:The scores on HAMD and HAMA had ont shown signifioant difference between two groups treated with either Venlafaxine or Amitriptyline before and after treatment,The adverse effects of Venlafaxine were less and mild compared with Amitriptyline.The onset of action were similar between these two medications. Conclusion: Venlafaxine is a effective,well-tolerative antidepressant.更多还原
